What are you here for? *
I declare that I use the space and props of Inspiral Circus Center on my own responsibility. After using the props I put them back as they were. *
I understand that some activity of the place is dangerous and can be only done by people with the right mental / physical condition. I also declare that I am not under the effect of any drug or alcohol. *
I am the only responsible person and not the Circus Center or the owner if I use any props not in the right way and I cause any harm or damage on me or an other person or the place. *
The operator of the Inspirál Circus Center does everything possible to ensure the safety of the Circus Center, our equipment has the necessary certificates, and our instructors have the necessary sports instructor qualifications.
According to Section 18(6)(e) of Act LXXXIII of 1997 (Ebtv.) and Section 5/B(1) of Government Decree 217/1997 (XII. 1.), circus activities (acrobatics, aerial gymnastics, etc.) do not qualify as particularly dangerous (extreme) sports or entertainment and leisure activities, and are therefore fully covered by compulsory social insurance. In addition, participants have the option of taking out individual sports (accident) insurance with several insurance companies.
I have read and understood the House rules of Inspiral Circus Center, and I accept it as binding for myself. I understand, that in case of breaching the policy, I may be obliged to pay compensation. *
I agree that the Circus Center can make photos and video recordings at the classes, workshops or summer camps, and can use them in their communication material. *
Data provided on this form is used solely by Inspiral Circus Center, and its operator, the Hungarian Juggling Association (1113 Budapest, Karolina út 38/A, Reg. No.: 01-02-0009757,) and is not given to any other third party.
